It's been a year since I received the rug, and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know what a wonderful addition your carpet has been to my classroom.  It has gone through the trenches of a Michigan muddy fall and spring and I was pretty concerned that my kids had soiled it beyond cleaning, but when I walked in this morning, it was like I had a brand new carpet again.  The janitor staff told me it cleaned up so easy.  It was the highlight of my morning.  Not only did you give me a great carpet for my kids to use, but it is durable and cleans up GREAT.  I'm delighted.

Mike Johnson from the Atlanta Falcons came for the celebration and the rug was a perfect meeting place for our MVP awards ceremony Your customer service team went out of their way (even giving me their personal cell phone numbers) and were extremely kind and professional. We LOVE the rug and it will be enjoyed by 5th grade MVPs for years to come! Please see the attached picture.

Our family just made our first carpet purchase with your company and we want to write and let you know that we decided to purchase from "kidcarpet.com" because of the fabulous customer service provided by Lindsay, on your team. She even went so far as to research how the carpet was going to be cut if we went with a 12X9 instead of a 12X6 carpet and she called us back with the explanation. No one at any other company was as knowledgeable, thorough, professional AND friendly as Lindsay. You have a tremendous asset on your team and when we find ourselves needing carpet again, we will call your company first and ask for her!

By the way, the carpet arrived today and it is EXACTLY as Lindsay described. The whole family is thrilled with how it looks in our basement and the kids immediately started playing hopscotch and tic-tac-toe. (When I picked them up tonight, they asked me if they could go out and play when we got home. I told them it was raining so they couldn't play outside but I had a surprise for them. I wish you could have seen the looks on their faces when they saw the new carpet. It's worth every penny. Their reaction "now we can have fun playing hopscotch INSIDE even when it's raining. This is GREAT!)

We ordered a Kid Carpet for our 5-year-old son, Sam. It's the baseball diamond carpet, which we put in his room. He loved it from the moment he saw it. To our surprise, he used the carpet to play make-believe baseball games with his toys and dolls. His teddy bears sat on his bed "watching" the game from the "bleachers." Because Sam's room is on the small side, we moved the carpet downstairs to his playroom. Now he has room to play all the time, as much as he can. We will soon be ordering a new Kid Carpet for his room again.In the picture (taken in our home in Arlington, Virginia), Sam is hitting a home run and ready to run the bases himself. He loves his Kid Carpet. We love it, too. Thank you!
